read moreI tried 2 different eaten here during my stay in tuguegarao. the cream brulee has no coffee in it was really good.
it is a place where they can spend with their friends or by themselves empty afternoon. I just don't know how they are, they're too sweet for me.
The place is good, service is good , food is good, i love their fraps... nice place to chill in town.. with friends
