"The pancit batil patung I 've gotten accustomed to is the traditional miki noodle dish topped with ground beef, an egg and beef broth. This panciteria breaks from that with a vegetarian variant and the protein-laden one before me, called the Dabadabest, crowned with carajay (crispy fried pork belly strips), Chinese chorizo, crushed chicharon (pork rind crackling), and chili oil apart from the usual beef-egg-broth-onion toppers.
