I have been wanting to try this hibachi restaurant for a while. I was very excited to be able to celebrate a birthday party here with my sister-in-law. The service was excellent. This was definitely a management issue. There was only one hibachi chef and we waited 1.5 hours before they even started cooking. The chef did the best he could but he was cooking for 2 full tables at a time moving food between the tables. The steak was awful and grisly. Even the rice wasn 't cooked well. Food was fair at best.
