It's hungry jacks what do you expect the customer service was satisfactory the food was well hungry jacks but glad to see the still have unlimited soft drink refills

Called in yesterday on our way to Bairnsdale. The young guy on the register did not know how to ring up anything, and we were left waiting for various parts of an easy order to be completed.The sign said THICK SHAKES, ours were not originally done, then the supervisor provided two cups of milk, with some flavouring in it, no ice cream and certainly not THICK SHAKESMy wife ordrered the chicken nugget and THICK CUT CHIPS, only to receive chicken nuggets and soggy string chips.False advertising and dishing up swill should not be allowed by Hungry Jacks.

Service was okay.. restaurant was clean.. food was fresh.. playground was good but could definitely use a pressure clean as there is built up dirt/scum on the equipment..

Made a quick stop on trip to Melbourne for a late lunch. Food was fresh and fast. Burgers ok for fast food. One of few HJs that still has free drink refills. Plenty of seating and good play area that kids looked to be enjoying. Clean toilets. Plenty of parking. Served our needs well.

Went here for lunch (drive thru).. service was great, very friendly.. the food was fresh.. can't wait to go back..
