Just off Capitole Square, this where you can be a pirate! Bit rough at the seams its worth going too but it does get very busy. Dark and stormy inside we went back very late on when it had quietened down. The bar is full of delicious rums and the bar guys know their stuff. Great to talk rum its the next big thing! Stopped there yesterday for an afternoon drink. After 20mn seating on the terrace, still not a trace a any waiter or waitress. The 3 tables around us were still let abandonned with empty glasses, dirty like hell. The owners or waiters seemed to be busy welcoming and kissing friends at the bar, discussing a lot, but not a single watch to the terrace tables and clients waiting, nor seeing the dirty tables around.
