I really loved this place! Reminds me of a better version of Night Sky that used to be in Troy. The employee was very nice as I am used to Starbucks and Winans, she was very helpful to find something I want! That was definitely my kind of coffee shop View all feedback.

I went in and ordered a latte, the store only had one other customer. I waited for approximately 10 minutes and still no latte, I walked back to the counter where the employee was on their cell phone. When I asked the status she looked at me confused, so I explained that I ordered a latte. Evidently the other employee forgot about my order. Communication is important in any workplace!! Had a pour-over coffee from Deeper Roots (Guatemalan) and was very pleased with the expertise of the barista. Also had a breakfast bacon, egg, and cheese panini, which was tasty. Very friendly and helpful crew, and location is very quaint with good parking.
My husband I frequent this place often usually we have a great experience. Unfortunately, today was not one of those days. When my placed our orders, he asked for a s’mores frappe. Even though it’s no longer on the menu they still make it for us. The young lady made two hot coffees added whipped cream on top. He told her it didn’t look like what we usually get. She quickly said oh the whipped cream is on top. Since the place was busy he just left. Very unhappy with the service. I called up there after he returned home to see if there was a mix up. I told the lady we wanted frappes, she said the flavors of s’mores is in there. I then told her they’re hot not blended. She told me I could place another order but not replace what we already bought. Owners please talk to your staff about customer service. More encounters like this it will start to hurt business. I apologize that this is my first review but I didn’t know how else to give this attention.
I love this happy place in Tipp. The Baristas leave special messages on your cup, welcome you with open arms and love their community with heart and purpose. It's not just about a cup of coffee, this place is much much more. The coffees are consistent, no matter who is making it.
This place is wonderful; even the kids love coming here. The oat milk Grogg latte is AMAZING.
I am frequently at Grounds for my coffee and sandwich. In the past 2 months or so, I have noticed a decline in the overall status. Staff is overworked as there are fewer people working than usual, making wait times very long, no fault of theirs, there is just too much to do. Also, there are hardly ever baked goods available, it seems they run out just a few days into the week! I love grounds, but they need to bring back the old culture
