Boston Pizza - Timmins

Hostess needs to learn manners. She is the dedicated covid police. But, she won’t follow the rules herself. She takes her mask off at any opportunity she has. She answers the phone, takes her mask off. She speaks to a coworker, she takes off her...mask. She is responsible to count up to but obviously she can’t add or subtract since every client that comes in she has to leave to count. None of the servers wear eye protection in an orange zone (required). If you don’t care about covid this is the place for you. Fortunately, the food was ok and the waitress was very good. But, the hostess ruined the experience. This might be one for the ministry of labour.

Visited November Excellent food, as usual. We had the Pizzaburger (average), Tropic Chicken Pizza (very good, lots of toppings), and the Memphis Chicken Sandwich (mild sauce instead). Lots of food, you won't leave without being full. Our only issue was the service, or lack...thereof. As expected during the pandemic and with a heavy snow outside, the restaurant was virtually empty, but or server was nowhere to be seen. It took forever to get drinks or to ask for condiments. Disappointing as we usually get great service here. Won't stop us coming back, but management should ensure proper service for its guests.

Good food and cold beers in this bull. Covid times. They are doing the best they can with all these damm rules. I blame China for all of this

I have tried to use the BP app many times and just end up calling them, sometimes. Other times it upsets me an I go elsewear. Terrible to use, drops order, doesn't load cart..

Staff were friendly and efficient. What we wanted was not on the Covid menu, so we asked if it was available and presto it was done. The dining room was clean and patrons were well spaced. No issues. Would return.
