I've been living in Thunder Bay for two decades and recently discovered NYS. I'm sorry to know that I missed over 20 years of corniness. All I've tried was perfection, and there's so much more to try. Subs, burgers, pizzas, wings, wraps, special sandwiches and more. What Anna Sanna doesn't like about NYS Restaurant & Pizzeria:
Service was slow and the lady working wasn't the greatest people person. Pizza was average at best which is alright but I heard better reviews. There's better pizza places in Thunder Bay than this one! View all feedback.
Went here for dinner with a friend and I must say their pizza is sooooo good.
I drive past Figlio Wood Fired Pizza on a regular basis and have had them on my list to visit for a long time.
Great family style restaurant! I come here every couple of months for a change from the usual. Always smiles and friendly service! True family style business at its finest! Great atmosphere for any lunch or dinner!
I was surprised that you have a stand in line at sit down restaurant. I sat at the bar and they still served me but you are supposed to stand in line to order. Great friendly service. People were lined up the whole time I was there, like an episode of Seinfeld the soup Nazi. All local regulars. I was impressed with my hamburger which was so big I couldn’t eat it all and it was very good!
I had the Italian sub. omg it was.so good. the bread was just soft and perfect. I've had it a few times and it's always the same. a restaurant you can count on
