Best restaurant east of the rockies! Been a chef for 35 years and have never tasted and experienced food like Caribou restaurant! Live in Vancouver B.C. and did a road trip to Thunder Bay. So glad I did to taste this amazing food! The service was fantastic! Thanks to James! Donny and Alex (in training) were spectacular. Extremely good service. Recommendations, timing all of it. Food was wonderful. Super personable and kind, knowledgeable and enjoyable.
