And the texture of muffins didn’t impress me neither.

I really enjoyed the perfect ambience with a feeling for nature and it fits the music of Bossa Nova. They offer 2 hours of free WiFi for every item purchased. Improvements I can suggest, service ... my salad was served without a fork ... haha! I waited minutes to get a fork. But the experience was great! We were on a mission to find a great place for desserts as we had a really sad dinner. We ended up at Vista Mall and were happy to come across Coffee Project.... read more We were on a mission to find a great place for desserts as we had a really sad dinner. We ended up at Vista Mall and were happy to come across Coffee Project. No expense or detail has been spared in the interiors and decorations. We were pretty impressed with the way the hotel looked, although practically I couldn't help but think about how they should clean everything. I bet the place looks prettier during the day. My husband quickly chose the Snickers Cake. If you love this bar of chocolate you have to try this. It was so good that my husband quickly erased it. I was able to steal 2 small bites and I enjoyed the different flavors and textures. I had their bestseller, the Signature Cake. It was pretty tasty, but it was cheesy after the Snickers Cake. The light and airy mousse cake went perfectly with the coffee. Fearing that I wouldn't sleep, I got the Chocolate Cookie Frappe, their bestseller for frappes without coffee. I stopped at 2 sips and let the rest melt away. I'm not exactly sure what that flavor was, but it was off. I convinced my husband to take a sip, and he didn't like it either. Hubby's Cafe Mocha had the perfect balance between sweetness and bitterness. We didn't have to add sugar. It was as good as it is and I kept asking for a sip. It was quite a balancing act moving the cup, however, as it was a bit from overflowing. The waiters were pleasant and entertained my questions. However, it takes some time for the tables to be deleted. The place was full on a Friday night. My husband kept saying we should have had dinner here instead. They have rice dishes, pastas and sandwiches.
