We stopped by Mother’s in Westchase for lunch today.  They have an outside patio and the weather was perfect for it today.  The menu had some interesting choices and we started off with the smokey Chipotle Gouda mac cheese bites. We 've been three times and each time is been more disappointing. The food was just okay it was much better when they first opened. The music was so loud you needed to yell at your table mates and we were at the the other end of the restaurant.
