I ordered the new chicken sandwich and it was awful. The bun was soggy, the cheese was cold, and the chicken breast was supposed to be filled but it was round and bulky. The fries were also not hot. I should have inspected my food before leaving the parking lot. View all feedback.

Zaxby's food is very good. My wife loves Cobb Zalad. I hate them removing the Honey Butter Bacon Chicken Sandwich from their menu. Dining room still closed by pandemic, but its drive thru is very efficient. Get food very fast. Overall pleasant experience.

At the moment, only at this point is going through, but they are staff friendly and service is fast and accurate, especially during the lunch break. Transport can sometimes be disturbing, but overall great food for what it is.
