Dining at Toni Sergio in Eastwood is a mixed bag of experiences as indicated by the various reviews shared by patrons. While some rave about the delicious food and immersive ambiance, others lament the lackluster service and disappointing dishes. The restaurant seems to excel in pizzas and casual dining, but falters when it comes to traditional Spanish dishes like callos and paella. The location overlooking the Venice Grand Canal adds to the overall experience, but inconsistent service and inattention from staff can sour the visit. The establishment has potential but may benefit from improving customer service and food quality.

Was User at Toni and Sergio Gastro Italiano a mag?
Had dinner here last night with my family and ordered insalata t&s, 2 margarita pizza, roasted chicken, pasta pomodoro and paella dela casa. We liked all of it especially the pizza. The place is homey and relaxing. However, we find it hard to get the attention of the servers. After they got our orders and served our food, they all just gathered in one place. Hope they'll be aware of this. View all feedback.

What User dislikes about Toni and Sergio Gastro Italiano:
I can easily train the employees in terms of service , there's no supervision that's why after the server took the order they can continue trying, sms and most of them are busy with their mobile phone and chatting to each other . Nobody check with me if the food was okay or if I need anything like refill, Parmesan cheese, they served my soup first before my bread...very bad service View all feedback.

Food here is great! I love the spinach dip and the shrimps and of course the paella ! It is a bit pricey though...

We really enjoyed when we dine in this restaurant, the food was awesome, we ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 dishes of spaghetti, the amount was more than enough for us, we were 4 persons, the restaurant is very clean, you can sit inside or outside the restaurant, outside is good if you want to view the Venice canal, the price is good for the service and food, overall very satisfied..

It's our first time in McKinley, and after exploring Venice Piazza, me and my friends decided to try an Italian cuisine for a dinner to feel the ambiance of the place. The place is fabulous and very romantic as we dined in the veranda and classical romantic music were being played. The food is quite pricey as our bill was around 5,900 PhP for a group of 4 people. If you're paying via credit card, there's a surcharge of 10% as a service charge. We had:• 6 Cheese Pizza in white sauce (gorgonzola, mozzarella, pecorino, parmigiano, scamorza, taleggio) - PhP 470.00, so fresh, hot and cheesy. And I must say it was the best pizza I've ever tasted. It's an authentic Italian brick oven baked pizza, so very delicious that it makes me want to try their other pizzas.• T&S Roasted Chicken with Chorizo and Olives (garlic, lemon and rosemary infused chicken baked with chorizo, olives and potatoes) - PhP 590.00, it looks too plain and the chicken was salty so I just ate the baked potatoes which surprisingly very tasty. • Bistecca Alla Toni & Sergio (grilled porterhouse/rib eye with golden risotto and creamed greens) - PhP 2,590.00 for 4 people, too pricey. Anyways I just loved the steak, it was great as it was perfectly grilled and flavored, a perfect matched to the yummy golden risotto.• Tiramisù - PhP 270.00, layers of mascarpone cream cheese, ladyfingers, espresso and cacao powder in a jar, is really a heavenly sweet treats for my sweet tooth. • Oreo Fudge - PhP 270.00, a layers of crushed Oreo and graham cookies topped with cashew nuts and vanilla ice cream is much sweeter than Tiramisù. • Mango Shakes - PhP 130.00, nothing special, it's like an ordinary mango shake.• Strawberry Shakes - PhP 130.00• Grapes Shakes - PHP 130.00• Steamed Rice - PhP 35.00The service was quite slow, it took about 30-45 minutes before the food was served one at a time. Waiters/waitresses were not attentive enough as we need to asked for a glass of water (and refill) for everyone in our table. But if you're a pizza lover and born with a sweet tooth, you will surely enjoy this place.

Had dinner here with friends and had a very enjoyable meal. First thing I noticed is their brick oven and an Italian preparing the pizzas. I won't go into the details but almost all, if not all, of the dishes we ordered were really good. The pizza, specifically the crust, is the closest you'll ever get if you've tried one in Italy. Service was likewise prompt and very friendly. The wait staff are also quite engaging. Definitely worth a try if you're in this little slice of Italy in Taguig.
