The food was nice. Should a sharp level order a step higher than usual. I had mild and there was not so much taste when I had a little more spices. Really good...

enjoyed the currys, mild was mild, so often in other restaurants its too spicy!! pleasant staff, delicious food, nicely presented is again asap!

"Follow up review: despite a disappointing experience in the restaurant as noted below, Mike (owner) had sent us a follow up message to apologise and offered for damage control. To which, we really appreciate. My expectation for good restaurant would entails good food, lovely atmosphere, and thoughtful service. This Farmhouse is a very small restaurant, with only one long table available for everyone to share. Not much privacy. Jazz and candle helped with the atmosphere. At booking, I was told there will be candle prepared for birthday man. Not only they completely forgot, but when I mentioned to them in the end, no signs of genuine sorry was seen, it was a "oh I am sorry, it is $144 please". Terrible service. Entry was really lovely, main course was large, tasted ok, lots of fish bone, small but still quite unpleasant, and dessert was creative, can't say it was good. Overall, will never come back here for another celebration or anything."

"The milk bun with bacon and egg was incredible. The bun was so light it was really just a vector for ingesting yummy bacon and egg and the mayo had a nice heat and just added to the whole experience. Coffee was delicious. I love the way they used the wall opposite in the alleyway for street art and then repeated the motif on the pillar inside the bar area."

"I and my wife went to the restaurant and immediately we saw the owner screaming abhorrent speech to his young staff, which seemed to be quite shaken by the experience. then I saw the owner sniffing the things from his young staff and totally ignored us when we waited to be served. do not recommend to anyone even my worst enemy. the owner's behaviour."

"This was one of my stops in a trip to see Sydney's famous underground bars. But Mojo Record Bar was my favourite of them all. The music that plays matches the atmosphere of the place, the drinks are cleverly named after famous songs and bands. Very nice for a date or night out with mates. Would definitely recommend."
