What Leandro Alemán doesn't like about Conservatory:
While the service was excellent, the food unfortunately does not light up. I had oysters that were dated (not necessarily the restaurants of restaurants) - and the accompanying shallot-vinegar dressing was not balanced. The dumplings were also Fad and under filled - leave a supercooked vision chinition shell with which they cooked. View all feedback.

Beautiful place that has never been exaggerated when I was fed for a little bit of bite and a glass of champagne. last time I visited here was for a post city2surf (2015) pizza reward after the impromptu decision to stay in the hotel
During the service was excellent, unfortunately it just does not seem to eat. I had oysters who were bland (not necessarily believed the restaurants mistakes) and the accompanying superficial edgy dressing was not well balanced. the dumplings were also bland and under filled leave a over boiled baggage dish to condense with.
Finishing up a week long stay here and I must say this is probably the BEST Sheraton I have ever stayed at.
Not bad at all; very comfortable bed, clean surroundings, and lovely swimming pool (an infinity pool with an unbeatable view).
