Be aware that because the Diamond Buffet is within a casino no minors (under the age of 19) can lawfully be admitted. The e-mail I received suggested that for $10 I would receive a made to order pasta buffet, the best part was that one would also receive $10 in slot play WHAT A DEAL. The down side is that if you're not 1st in line be prepared to wait 20 to 30 minutes to reach the buffet steam tables. The food was ver... View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Elements Casino's Diamond Buffet:
Don't bother wasting your time here. buffet with LIMITS. Yes, they will limit your food but call this a buffet? Poor and chaotic managers all over but no one knows what they are doing... View all feedback.
The buffet offers a good variety of food that is tasty and fresh, with reasonable pricing and options for vegetarians. The atmosphere can be bustling and vibrant, so it may not be ideal for a quiet meal. The service is attentive and friendly, and there are sometimes interesting themed events, such as the Italian Pasta Buffet we enjoyed last time. The Cannelloni was particularly delicious, making me go back for a second serving, which is rare for me at buffets. (The accompanying pictures are from the weekend brunch buffet.)
Diamond Buffet at Elements Casino in Surrey offers a $2.99 all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast for seniors. This price may seem too good to be true, but it's a great deal considering you can only get a regular hamburger for the same amount at a fast food chain. The casino, formerly known as Fraser Downs Racetrack Casino, was renovated and reopened in December 2015. Diamond Buffet initially only offered lunch and dinner, but recently added a daily breakfast buffet in February. Members with an Encore casino card can enjoy the breakfast for $5.99, but seniors over 50 can receive a special discount of $2.99. Guests must show their Encore card at the service desk to receive a meal voucher before entering the restaurant. Please note that if you do not have an Encore card, you can sign up for one at the service desk.
Wow... setting aside the element of gambling luck, this casino offers a great gaming experience. The floors are spacious and not overcrowded, making for a pleasant atmosphere. Although the venue is smaller, it has a big personality. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making guests feel safe, comfortable, and valued. The card tables were all open, with English-speaking dealers and staff who were always ready to help with a smile. The pit boss was friendly and attentive, even addressing players by name, showcasing exceptional customer service. There is a wide selection of slot machines to choose from and plenty of free parking available. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try the food menu this time, but I look forward to sharing my experience in my next review of this hidden gem of a casino. Thank you, Elements.
Love how people give them good review when you win and bad when they lose. It's a casino... The casino is smaller but nicely remodeled. I prefer the bigger casinos in BC, especially the ones that have hotels. But if you want to just get away quietly, and play, this is a quieter venue to do so. The dealers are friendly, and everyone was nice. I didn't get a chance to try the food.
Standardbred racing at Fraser Downs is fun to watch! The drinks and food is extremely reasonably priced and yummy! We had Fish n Chips which was delicious
