TGB Restaurant & Banquet - Sūrat

Food was not good... You can say yakk it was...and the smell was horrified... It was bhasi khana...I'll will never never order from seasonal restaurant... And I will recommend to everyone that don't order from this hotel

I had high expectations from this restaurant but turned out to a bad choice for family outing. Buffet didn't have much varieties and disappointed with desserts and drinks.Will try once again may be.

Bad experence..zomato not provide any bill.and food not delivered in ane tgb logo box or packing..food tast was also not good.. thair was not option for 0 star..but i give 0 star.

We went on 7th March, 2017 at 01:15 PM for lunch with my boss and his family members. There was no one during time there, this felt awkward for famous or brand of Surat but wait there is more. We ordered few pizza and few other items along with cold coffee. In-place of cold coffee they bought something like coffee chocolate milkshake. They told only thin crust pizza is available but what they brought was rock solid crust (may be) we couldn't find it eatable. Margherita Pizza which we told shouldn't be spicy as for child but still was spicy. Other items ordered was sticky (chewy) which wasn't good. We just tasted food, paid and walked away without eating as new order might also come same. As far as Ambience wasn't good as we were alone and staff was busy watching India vs Australia match.

Obviously having a buffet dinner will avoid problems in service but when you order dishes individually here, you are going to suffer a lot! That's my personal experience where I had buffet which was pretty good but when my parents ordered some dishes out of the buffet menu they suffered a lot. Here if you order dish number 1 then there are many chances of getting the dish number 2.
