McDonald's - Sunshine West

One of the worst maccas I've been to. Been a number of times, drive thrums shocking, they get your order wrong constantly, no customer service to speak of and food is worse than other McDonald's.Dining in is marginally better. Regularly need to ask for tables to be cleaned, but service is better and playground good for the younger ones.All up - better to go find another maccas, there are three more within a 10 minute radius.

After a medical appointment at a nearby Medical Centre I dropped in for a small light breakfast.Store is clean and modern and service was quite prompt. Certainly more organised than the nearby Hungry Jacks.I tried the mighty muffin which is described as "Two rashers of bacon, egg, cheese and a sausage patty on an English muffin."At less than $5 was filling and satisfied my morning hunger.

This restaurant was absolutely terrible. I waited 1 1/2 hours for my food, only to receive it cold. My order was wrong, with a burger missing the toppings and another with bites taken out of it. I was charged extra for an upscale option that was never given. The staff were rude and did not care about the quality of the food or customer service. I even had to argue with the manager.

We went through the drive-thru and the ordering process was smooth. Our food was ready in no time! My friend enjoyed a delicious coffee double cheeseburger. I had a perfectly cooked hushbrown and egg bacon muffin, not burnt at all! Overall, everything was excellent. It was definitely one of the best experiences I have had at a restaurant!

There isn't much to say here except that this place is really terrible. The food is bad, the service is bad, but at least it's the best option on this street for a quick meal. If you live nearby, it might be your only choice, but you're better off going to the supermarket or other shops on Ballarat Road for better quality food.
