"The best food in Sulina. I recommend the Storceag. And all fish dishes. I'd be precarious on meat dishes. The pork chop from a mixing plate was boiled. Nevertheless, the good service and decent prices have."

"This is the oldest restaurant is Sulina and it mostly has a fish based menu. It's a bit more expensive than other restaurants though still cheap by big city standards. The terrace has a fountain and is nice both during the day and evening but the interior is old fashioned and dull.The staff is pleasant enough and answered all my questions. However, as other reviewers mentioned, the food takes a rather long time to arrive so make sure you have plenty of time if you dine here.The food is good and they make the best pike roe salad I've ever had. When asked if the grilled sturgeon is fresh or frozen the reply was that it's frozen-fresh. By this they mean that the restaurant receives it fresh in season and keeps it frozen for use the rest of the year. This is understandable since it is the only way to have on the menu types of fish that have restricted fishing seasons."
