Called in here a couple of times during our short stay nearby. Service was very good and my first latte was replaced after it wasn’t hot enough. However, the second latte was so perfect that it actually led to a third one (second one really! , along with a mouth-watering lemon slice! Visited this Two Magpies numerous times. Always found it welcoming. Though after visiting this time it seems to have lost its mojo. Staff seemed disinterested. Got a table quick enough but then waited an age before someone noticed our order hadn’t been taken. One meal arrived but the other didn’t for ages.
