Subway - Stouffville

The staff is extremely impolite and show no concern for customer satisfaction. I will not return to this restaurant again as it is also very poorly managed. Next time, I will take my business to a competitor in Canada. Be cautious, and steer clear of this place!

The dining experience at this restaurant is always reliable and the staff are consistently friendly with a smile. It's a great place to grab a quick bite to eat.

I have had multiple disappointing experiences at this Subway branch, so I usually avoid it. However, I found myself there today during lunch and was once again reminded why I stay away. The customer service is extremely lacking – the employees rush through orders without paying attention, often forgetting what was asked or ordered. They try to rush customers, even when there is no line. I had to repeat my order multiple times, which was very frustrating. Additionally, the sitting area was a mess. It seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in hours, with tables covered in food scraps and what appeared to be remnants of earlier meals. Some customers had to clean tables themselves in order to sit down. The food itself was average, similar to other Subway locations, but the overall experience was consistently disappointing. Despite eating lunch at various Subway locations five times a week, I will make an effort to avoid this specific branch in the future. Today, I had no other option due to time constraints.

Staff are very rude. Simply do not care about customers satisfaction. Will not return the other one in town is terrible as well. Next time I will be giving my money to the Canadian sub company competition Buyer beware, stay away!!

The food is always consistent as are the staff. Always ready with a smile. Great to go for a quick bite.
