"Black garlic ramen does not actually come with any black garlic, just cheap fried garlic with chili oil. This ramen does not taste authentic or good. No depth on the soup, low quality toppings, high prices. Short ribs also not edible. Basically salty cardboard."

"Have been enjoying Genova products most of my life. Always need to have the Cajun turkey sandwich. I really recommend it. Many Italian products such as sauces and dipping oils. It offers a lot of options. Hopefully we'll be able to enjoy it for a long time."

"This place is just a mess, constant staffing issues, they almost never get my order correct unless I’m watching the staff like a hawk, don’t even bother getting delivery because your drink will have mistakes. Half the time the boba is old and stale, and for such an expensive drink it’s almost never filled to the top (literally up to a quarter inch of my drink will be missing). Today was the final straw for me; I walk up to the door over 20 mins after opening time and a staff member walks out saying “we’re not opening until 12…sorry!”, and shuts the door. Didn’t offer for me to order online, no explanation of why they’re randomly opening an hour later…I refuse to waste my money here any longer. Oh and this is a franchise so it’s a systemic problem that will not be fixed any time soon. Good luck to anyone that decides to go here."

"Your coffee is smooth, we normally buy Espresso Forte Beans we have enjoyed the Anniversary Blend Coffee Beans so much, we'll continue buying it to support the Women's Co-Op producing this until it's all gone. The Horchata Latte is a tasty creative drink. I also enjoy the Green Matcha Latte on occasion. Our location can get quite busy at times, so it helps to be able to order ahead on the APP. The Baristas are personable courteous, for the most part, I have some favorites. ???? I think the hiccups on App has been fixed, except can you give an option to have sugar packets on side or in drink? Thank you for Free Rewards Free Drinks on the App order ahead, but can you not have expiration dates on what's been earned? ???? However, when I've forgotten to use them, you've been kind enough to reload the reward with a call. I thank you! ????"

"We didn't get my sisters apple pie pr the salad witj her Fish Chips . The fish and Chicken Strips were both crispy and hot. and the chocolate pie-OMG. Salad greens cold and crunchy. The missing star is for the missing items not the quality of the food."
