Contribute FeedbackDespite some issues with the air conditioning and confusion over reservations, this restaurant manages to deliver good service and delicious food. The slow service and cold air blasting at diners are notable concerns, but overall, the staff is friendly and efficient. The food is exactly as expected, and even though seating arrangements may be less than ideal with last-minute setups, the experience is still enjoyable. It's a mix of highs and lows, with potential for improvement in terms of coordination and comfort for diners.
The air conditioning in the Restaurant was faulty, so really cold air was blasting at the diners. Some of us even put our coats back on. Whether this was the cause of the slow service, I do not know, but our Starters took 45 minutes to arrive.
Bizarrely even though I had booked a table through Open table the restaurant did not have our booking.....? Lucky then that there was a spare table! Other than that, service very good and efficient and food exactly what you would expect.
Really lovely food and friendly but not overly accommodating service. The restaurant was pretty much empty when we arrived, and although we'd booked a table 5 days before, we were put on a hastily pulled together section in the middle of the restaurant. We asked if we could sit against one of the cushioned sections (which was easily to keep the kids pinned into) but was told it was booked.... no one sat there during the course of our meal which was frustrating.
