Subway - St. Catharines

The turnover rate of employees at this restaurant is so high that it seems like the management may not prioritize proper training. During my visit, the employee handling the sandwich-making did not follow sanitary practices, such as not changing gloves after touching equipment and cash register. Additionally, when asked to close the sandwich with a knife, the employee questioned the request. Despite my specific preference, the sandwich was closed without a knife and the employee claimed it could be done without one. This behavior is unacceptable and does not meet the standards set by the Ministry of Health. I am disgusted by the lack of adherence to Subway's quality standards and the poor customer service experienced, even after making multiple requests. I strongly advise against visiting this Subway location, as I question its cleanliness.

This Subway location is incredibly efficient in serving customers and maintaining a fast-moving line. The restaurant is very clean and well-organized.

With my pup waiting in the car (cooled by the a/c), I appreciated the quick sandwich making and being on my way. Nothing special, but reliable and appeared clean.

Food, staff, selection have always been good. It led the way for the other sub shops. I think it is suited for lunch more than a dinner.

I don't eat there but have enjoyed their custom-made cakes. they are excellent but very expensive.
