We celebrated our 10th Anniversary here! Wonderful from beginning to end. Very classy atmosphere and staff, service was above and beyond making our meal special. If you have not visited making a reservation and go have some fun.

This place is amazing. The staff are professional and accommodating. I'd made reservations at another downtown establishment for my son's 21st birthday, hoping for it to be memorable, and it was because the other place said they'd lost our reservation for8+ people, and the hostess wouldn't accommodate us. My son chose Flame, and I called and told them our situation, and our partyhad grown to ten. I knew it was a longshot, but they were so gracious. They told us to come in (we'd driven from out of town),and we had the most wonderful cocktails, appetizer platters and dinners. They are an exceptional establishment, well-run,well-staffed, and the food is more than amazing. Thank you for making our son's birthday better than we could ever haveimagined!

The service was lovely and the food was very flavorful but my steak was undercooked and I had to send it back. At a steakhouse?! Very disappointing. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive and the whole atmosphere was charming. This place is asteakhouse! And it?s not cheap! $220 for 2 people) So when you order your steak cooked to a certain style and it comes outwrong? well that?s a huge issue for me. And your steak will be served on a single white plate. It the most boring and sadlittle plate you?ve ever seen. I think Flame could do so much better with their presentation. I hardly ever leave 3 starreviews but this was my first and last time to visit this restaurant. I saw other reviews mention how wonderful it is and howthey treat you like you?re the only customers? and I was so hoping for that experience but sadly it was not like that.

From start to finish the experience was amazing. Felicia (sorry if I misspelled) was amazing. The food, amazing. The atmosphere, amazing. It was our first time going and we will definitely be back for more memories. Thank you for such an amazing meal andexperience.
