"Didn’t want to complain because it was our first time out since Covid. But I ordered one of the most expensive steaks at medium temperature. The waiter had me cut into it to check it and it wasn’t pink at all. But I felt even though he had me check it he didn’t want to desk with it so I let it go and told him I would be fine. I regretted that decision as the meat was tough and chewy. That’s my fault."
