"Never been here before which is a shame as it's a great local pub to have a meal. Couldn't fault it in any respect. Very friendly service from the manager and the room is a very inviting place to sit. excellent value and great food."

"I asked the woman at the till if the restaurant was halal. She kindly answered a yes. I trusted her so I ate the chicken options which she confirmed were halal. What really worried me was the fact that I didn't see any halal certification or ask if there was any alchohol in some of their food. It was a delicious experience however and the food was well made and fresh. It was great and all, I'm just not sure if I was allowed to actually eat the food I never took a picture sorry"

"We'd heard good things about this restaurant but I was disappointed and unfortunately on a visit to Cardiff the next day we found ourselves booked in to another Italian restaurant there. I couldn't help comparing and what a difference. The squid was like rubber and the veal, though reasonably tasty, the sauce could hardly be described as pepper sauce. I also objected to having to pay an extra £4 to add a vegetable and a bit of colour, in this case peas, to the plate Surely vegetables should come with a meal. Of the other three one agreed with me. One had to add lots of pepper to the so called sauce diablo and the fourth was satisfied As for payment Cardiff was better value all round."

"Fantastic cuisine as per always. This cafe feels really home-like and is run by a Brazilian lady and her husband. I come here occasionally and am always satisfied when I leave. I rate the Frango Milanesi and bacalao!"
