I've walked passed this little gem a hundred times, why? I don't know. Finally walked in.... Beautiful authentic, tasty food. Cosy atmosphere, bake their own bagels & bread. I will most certainly be back again and again and again View all feedback.
What User dislikes about The Left-Handed Chef:
we were told about the place and came to try a real Israeli food. the eating was given in large portions, but the place looks far neglected and the Arabic music fill the air in very high volumes to think that it could be in Cairo or damascus. View all feedback.
Authentic eating, super hummus, everything was very good. portions were bigger than we thought we ate too much.
Very friendly and relaxed staff with fast personal service. the menu had some excellent middle-east food options and we would eat there again.
Eating is wonderful, the team is simply beautiful, they will think they are back in jerusalem. the hummus is particularly fabulous. this delicious food has also been provided for collection as a take, the Shabbat menu is a family advantage here, but it is a joy. to eat. brilliant!

We visited this place Saturday night. It is small place with minimum decor with authentic Israeli street food. We had Malt nonalcoholic drinks and lemonade. It was fresh and tasty. Then we’ve got eggplant with tahini sauce. Tasty, but a little bit expensive for the...size of portion. After this dish we had hummus with cauliflowers and humus with mushrooms. Wow. Delicious and filling. We also had schnitzel in challah bread , misbacha in pita and halloumi. Very tasty. For desert we choose malabe middle eastern panacotta). Good restaurant. Definitely will visit it again.
