Last Chance Tavern - SOUTH HEDLAND

Ok so there's no windows in here and there will most likely be a mining crowd at the bar being served by a ' skimpie ' so if that's your scene and you like the worlds biggest parmi's.... you'll love this place :)

Always have a great feed here the beer is cold and the food is hot lunch menu is great and very filling I recommend to all to try the Tavern if you can.

From the outside this place looks like it's closed down. Unfortunately it's still open and isn't much better inside.It's your classic Pilbara pub, if you don't have a beard , tattoos or a high viz shirt you will stand out like the proverbial and when you walk in the place will turn and look at you like you have two heads.Food is actually not too bad and the bottle shop is friendly and cold.

Only went to the bar area and it was very bar like Skimpies ( barmaid) present so be prepared. Having said that we were served well and made to feel welcome by the locals

The size of the meals at the Last Chance are phenomenal. Great steaks and great chicken dishes. We went on a Tuesday night when the meals were half price. You'd go a long way to find better pub meals.
