"The best restaurant in the entire Meghalaya. The food was awesome. The amount for the price of food was really great. We were served drinks on arriving into the reception. We had to wait for 15mins as the restaurant was fully booked. But had no problem getting our seat. The ambience was top notch. Also the staff was very friendly and soft spoken. Really loved the experience of dining their. A must go for any Shillong goer. This is the best restaurant you will get. The price is also not too high. Enjoy the experience of City Hut Dhaba."

"The food is good and tastes great , the decor is good and cozy, the place is near the main market areas, employees are good and have nice behaviour.... So it's a good place for brunch or even for a heavy meal afterwards. We ordered pork chilly gravy, rice and chapati, and found the food to be a little too costly , but the taste and portion of food is ok in comparison to the price . So , I'll say go for it."

"I recently visited this restaurant and was very impressed. The restaurant had a wide variety of dishes from traditional Japanese cuisine to more modern options. The food was delicious. I had Chicken fried rice and Aglio Olio Spaghetti. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great taste of food. The prices were reasonable and the portions were generous. Overall, an excellent experience and I will definitely be returning!"

"My first visit and an absolute horrible one. Firstly, they were out of most of the beers we wanted.. fine, dealt with it. fortunately, we ordered just one starter to try first and it was served 30 mins after. To add to the wound it came ice cold and when we complained about it the waiter replaced it within a min. Upon asking did you microwave?? the answer was a BIG YES ! I dint know whether to get irate or laugh.. we just paid the bill and left.. Food: 1"
