What Quentin Collins likes about The Green:
We have often eaten in The Green, live near foot. Our last meal was really excellent and we felt it an improvement. We had the breast of duck and fillet of beef, both cooked rarely and very much to our taste. The kitchen is certainly 'nouvelle', but portions are generous with lots of vegetables. The wine list is also good and we have a very good bottle of gigondas not cheap, but certainly enjoyed excellent. read more.

The restaurant also offers the possibility to sit outside and be served in pleasant weather, and there is no-charge WLAN. The rooms on site are accessible, and therefore no problem for visitors with wheelchairs or physical disabilities.

What Ash D doesn't like about The Green:
After hearing lots of great things about this place, I must admit I was vastly dissatisfied. We walk in, get sat a table. Great! First thing I notice is a plug completely exposed. Then the kitchen and the waitress had no idea how to deal with a sulphite allergy which one member has and asked her what she could eat! The restaurant spoils you with a bit of this and a bit of that with their well-known Tapas, Particularly fans of the English cuisine are excited about the extensive variety of traditional menus and love the typical English cuisine. If you'd like something after-dinner treat to finish off, The Green does not disappoint with its good selection of desserts, and you can look forward to typical tasty French cuisine.
