Contribute FeedbackAlthough the menu at this restaurant may lack variety, the consistent quality of the food keeps locals coming back. Deep-fried dishes and burgers dominate the menu, with the occasional salad or hand-pressed burger available. The service received mixed reviews, with some diners praising the staff's friendliness while others complained about slow service. Despite the lackluster decor and outdated menu, the food was generally tasty. Prices were reasonable, making it a good spot for those on a budget, and the portions were described as large. Overall, this restaurant is a solid choice for a casual, affordable meal in a cozy setting.
Waited 40 minutes (with 2 toddlers) and had to ask where our food was, since every table sat after us, had his food. They said the chicken lasted so long, but when it came, it became a crisp, dried out and definitely...not hot enough to just finish cooking. Cheese and engraving were missing from a poutine and a meal of Coleslaw. Drinking was empty before our food even came, but we were never offered refills, I had to get a waitress down to get some room temperature water. Waited for our bill forever and finally had to pay to the counter to get take-out containers. I notice that this place was busy and would not even remember waiting, but the staff was less than apologetic and the food was at best subpar. 2 stars is a route, but the children loved their pizza.
We have always had a decent meal at this restaurant. Food is cooked well. Ample variety and reasonably priced.
Had the seafood chowder and fish & chips and both were very good. Nice clean, casual, reasonably priced place for lunch in Shelburne. Very friendly service.
Looked around town at all the other restaurants, and saw that at this off season time the most cars were at this restaurant. Walked in and deduced they were all locals.... Yep, the locals know..Terrific fried sea food..at VERY reasonable prices.
This is a nice little restraunt, it was warm inside, decore need updating, I order the clubhouse with fries. The fries was cook to perfection. The club house was tasty as well.Their was a good balance of ingredients in the sandwich, but missed the coleslaw that would normally come with it. The coffee was a good tasting, not too mild nor was it overly strong blend. The seating is table seating.
