Love Oak Creek. We have been there multiple times. The fried pickles are to die for. I’d wash dishes just for the pickles.

"We arrived on Monday at 11:30 a.m. for brunch. this is such a quiet and quiet place, the lush, private and has an excellent view. we ordered the brunch menu that presented many tantalizing options. one of our selections included the duet was a combination of crab cake and steak. the presentation was on point together with the aromen. we also had the totopos, which was a wonderful combination of sommes, mango cheese and garnel. put yourself a high-end garnel nacho plate that looked and tasted great! the mango mimosas were a great guide to the directed. to dessert we had the left cake. it only has the right amount of ginger and not too sweet. luis (server) has offered 5 stars service throughout our stay! we will definitely be back!"

"Unpleasant Experience at Rene Restaurant I recently visited Rene Restaurant in Sedona and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The service was subpar, and to make matters worse, they have strict policies that prohibit customers from bringing their own wine or any other beverages. Even a cup of tea I purchased from the upstairs tea house was confiscated upon entering the restaurant. It's frustrating when a place prioritizes rigid rules over customer satisfaction. I won't be returning. P.s. we drove all the the way from la and was super hungry and ready for any food , but we left hungry and disappointed..."

"We drove around Sedona for the day and were looking for a quick sit down place to feed our 4 kids, Senor Bobs was PERFECT for lunch. The food was delicious, (corndog was absolutely worth $7.99) burgers were juicy, fries were crispy and hot. The staff was so friendly, and the there was enough seating inside for our group of 8.Kid-friendliness: Fun atmosphere, we had 4 kids with us and they loved this place!"

"This is a long overdue review. If you are planning to visit to Sedona, AZ be sure to make some time for Elote Cafe. Tip#1: Be sure to make your rezzy 3 months in advance through their website. Tip#2: If the seating is full you can order take out after 3 pm for pick up after 5pm. This was our 2nd visit to the restaurant but a first at their new location. There is a small parking lot on site but there is plenty of parking on the street and there are public lots nearby. The new location has a modern, hip hacienda feeling. The music is low in the background so your conversation will not be muffled. Our booth was open yet once seated, I felt the space was very cozy and intimate. Then, you are presented with chips and salsa. Initially I was disappointed because at our first visit we were provided with popcorn that had a hint of liquid smoke and was a phenomenal surprise. My dismay was short lived as the chips were epic!! They were light, crispy and very flavorful. Honestly the chips were truly very sensational and a good foreboding of better things to come. I had a margarita which was delicious and my beau had the libation del dia.We ordered the beet salad, Mexican corn (esquite), green corn tamale, braised pork cheeks, and a carne asada. The dishes came with a side of dirty rice and black beans. We definitely had some leftovers. (My pictures accidentally deleted so be sure to check out Mario U. 's review.)The meal was oh so delicioso and the service was muy bueno. I am certain we will be back. Tip#3: If you purchase an Elote Cafe cookbook, Exec. Chef and owner Jeff Schmedstad will be sure to sign it for you!"
