After alm... read more We have had pretty good experiences at Lighthouse Pub. Location is great and food is OK. This evening, however, we had a bad experience with a server. After almost 30 minutes sitting without our order taken, I waved at a server. I expected her to...say something apologetic, and if she explained that it was staff shortages or something, we would have waited. Instead, her response was a grumpy I see you , with no apology or effort to take our order. We got up and left.

Why do rest... read more Been here before, wonderful location good food. Fish and chips usually really good, today way over-battered, dry halibut. Main complaint is service. Why do restaurants and wait staff think solo diners are not important? Being a solo diner does not mean we are second class customers worth second class service. Very slow with menu and food. Salt and pepper were taken from me for another customer while I was still eating. Ever think I might have been reviewer, or maybe that doesn't matter?

Watching the float planes take of and land, sometimes spotting a pod of orca's or just taking in the beautiful scenery you can not go wrong. Food is typical pub are, the chowder is good and filling. Always busy and a favorite with locals.

The food is always excellent. The view outstanding. Planes always landing and taking off its hard to eat your food . Always fun to go here at lunch or dinner. read more The food is always excellent.
