Excellent food and service! I had scallops, they were perfectly cooked and served on top of light fluffy butternut squash ravioli. My husband had filet and short ribs; so tender you could cut them with a fork! We also had dessert which was equally as fabulous!We had a table in the front which was great for people watching. I hadn’t been to Ray’s in years, but our son moved to Ballard, so we thought we would give it a try. It was lunch, so we ate at the café upstairs. Great view, excellent service. The food is acceptable, but not what it should be for the prices. My fish was slightly overcooked. I wish they had a regular green salad. Caesar isn’t my favorite. read more.
