"This is some of the most legit bbq I 've had in Tennessee. I can 't begin to tell you how incredibly good it is, you just have to trust me and go, even if you 're 20, 30 miles away from it. It 's actually very close to Gatlinburg and Sevierville. Sam, the owner, is incredibly kind and says he 's still learning, but if this is him still learning, I can 't wait to see how this tastes when he 's learned. Just...top notch."

"I’m a self professed bbq snob and even told the waitress this. I smoke my own meat so very picky. I was very impressed. Had the brisket with incredible bark and smoke ring. The ribs were perfectly cooked with a great dry rub. The burnt ends baked beans were fantastic. The only disappointment was the mac and cheese which wasn’t the traditional cheesy mac I’m a fan of. Service by Carrie was amazing!"

"Best sandwich in South Bay! I have been living in the area since 1996. We just found out about this place! We love their meat, sausages and more importantly the best sandwiches! It?s so tiny and busy all the time. Be patient and give them time. Parking is a little bit tricky but still ok. They close at 4."

"Lived, but not unexpected for a Saturday morning. I just managed to sneak a table on the terrace in time. Parking is on the street, but was easy to find a place quite close. Great atmosphere and service. The beers I had were good and the food was excellent. Everyone enjoyed all food poutine, wild rice burgers, trout bowl and BBQ Chicken Bowl. Come on!"
