"Shutters is a typical hotel restaurant that seems to be plagued with really bad reviews a long time ago. The bad reviews have thrown me away, but I'm glad I'm here on 21. August 2018 had eaten breakfast and dinner. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide selection of dishes. They have manned an Omelet station by and excellent friendly cook. The Omnilett was excellent and so was the bacon. The only negative was that the buffet $22!!! Great surprise and quite expensive. Dinner was also excellent. I ordered the Shea martini Shea is a hotel manager who helped me) and it was delicious, privileged Rib panini $18) and apple scobbler $7). All excellent choices and cheap. Anyway, this restaurant is worth checking and I think the problems are probably one thing of the past."

"I was trying to make a reservation. For 12 people and the owner is very rude and tactless on how he explains how their reservation works and when I tried to confirm what he said he told me that I don’t get it and just clearly told me “ I’m 60 yrs old and you need to slow down but on the other hand I will not take you and your party and hang up on me. Just bec there’s only 2 of them working he cannot answer the phone calls and be overwhelmed and rude."
