"Wonderful soft pretzels and they put a pretzel twist on some of your favorites (Stromboli, hot dogs). Really great! Staff is very friendly. Free samples as soon as we walked in the door. We also got milkshakes and some meadow tea ? all were delicious. Great little find in the corner of New Holland!"

"I'm not sure if anyone else knows about this place besides me, but it is so delicious. My favorite part is that I don't have to go inside the mall for a soft pretzel. If you are trying to find it, it is the inside of the 9th St. Walmart, towards the pharmacy entrance."

"I decided to stop for a pretzel while in the mall on Saturday. I’ve gotten pretzels several times but never in my life have I seen anyone in such a great mood, treating every single customer in line just as great as the last, making everyone in line feel special, he was so incredibly happy and it made me happy. He had such enthusiasm for his job. If I was a business owner I would seriously hire him right then and there. To say I was impressed is a complete understatement. I was blown away. I asked KAI how old he was and he is the age of my daughters. I felt so inspired just watching him work standing in line, it made me want to be not just a nicer person but a happier person. I just wanted to say I’ve never in my life seen anyone care so much not only about their job but the customers. And Kai if you happen to read this I want you to know with your amazing attitude, your absolutely wonderful people skills and your love of your job that you are going to go so far in life!, I mean this with all of my heart and soul."
