"Omggggg I had the catfish and goose with the red sauce last night. on a teller. I also ordered the special chef for the night, the seafood gumbo with salmon, and ate it for lunch today.....absolute nirvana! good service (not great because I had to make the hostess aware that my daughter and I sat for 5 minutes and were not greeted by our waitress!) good atmosphere (not great because it was a bit cool.) I recommend sweet potatoes as having to visit and eat and will definitely visit again!"

"I haven?t had Sweet Potatoes in over 8 years I remember why. The cornbread tasted too sweet and didn?t taste homemade. The catfish was okay but didn?t taste seasoned. The Mac and cheese was good but the collard greens tasted sweet. I don?t like sweet greens. Food was packaged well."

"Outstanding service. Delicious food. The fish plate exceeded my expectations. The tartar sauce was outstanding. We ate outside on a late Saturday afternoon. Bloody Mary was solid and beer selection was local. We’ll be back!"

"I?m so glad we decided to give this place a try on the last night of our vacation. It was delicious. My husband got the Jamaican jerk chicken and loved it. I got the peach glazed bbq chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted brussel sprouts and I loved everything. The peach glaze was so so good. If we?re ever back in Savannah, we will definitely be back to Sweet Potatoes."
