"We used to go to the Eustis location and had great pizza. Something has changed there. Soggy crust, no sauce, could barely see the toppings. I wanted to bring the pizzas back and have them make new ones. Manage refused to come to the phone. The jerk on the phone said they were too busy to be bothered with me. What???? Again I asked him to speak with the manager and he put the phone down for 15 minutes and the jerk came back and said the manager would not be talking to me and that the pizzas were fine. There is no excuse in the world to treat a customer like that."
