"2014-2019 Yes, 5 years and I don't believe they ever cared about me. I never had a fear of the dental office until this place. I'm only writing this review because I realised while looking for a new dentist with my insurance, this was the first on the reference list. My expierence for since 2014 after a year feels like I've been stuck with this establishment due to braces since 2015. I was raised as a Foster care kid i was reference here and after a year every visit even as an adult, I dreaded going.The enviorments energy for me (due to with limited insurance) was very judgemental. Some of the loyal dentist and assistance were coldy, belittling and cold. Convincing myself maybe it was because I was a kid and it was my anxiety, I went back (since im stuck with the orthodotist) last few appointment at 18, it was the same maybe even worse. I missed appointment since I raised myself and made all of them since 2014 on my own., still didnt deserve this treatment. Finally at 19 I said enough was enough! They can't keep treating me like this every visit. On my last visit I told the new dentist, Good luck I've been here for 5 years and finally this will be my last visit. Aplogies for the long read. One's who have Medicaid and Apple care insurance, can be for warned your foster kids who have been through traumatic things may get this treatment from their loyal staff."

"I went to see Dr. Adora, in February 2019. I haven't been to a dentist in years, and was looking for one, closer to where I live. Before my initial visit, i knew that I needed work done. I'm aware that dental insurance covers only so much. Dr. Adora had many problem areas to choose from. One area, in particular, was causing me slight, discomfort. Rather than fix that problem area, she chose to fix another area instead. At this point, my insurance had been used up. Maybe she thought I was going to fix it later, anyway. I didn't say anything. My fault. Six months later, I was scheduled for a 6 month cleaning. I knew that I would have to pay for this because of my insurance coverage being used up. I was charged 70.00, out of pocket. Dr. Adora didn't do anything for the 70.00. Maybe she's disappointed that I didn't come back, earlier, to take care of my other problem areas. I will be taking care of the other areas, but I won't be having her take care of that. Like an earlier patient of hers commented, she seems like she's in it for the money, only. Dr. Adora won't be getting mine. If you're wondering why I'm saying something, now? I wasn't going to say anything but I felt whoever is reading this, should be warned. I also wanted to mention her front of the house staff, are nice and informative."
