"On Nov 10, I went for a session of physical therapy for my hand. While I was completing the forms, the nice receptionist, Lucy, (if I recall the name correctly) informed me that my insurance would not cover the visit with the physical therapist that I was assigned. She was really nice and insured me that she would contact the doctor at ONS who prescribed my treatment in other to work out an equivalent therapy with other therapist covered by my insurance at ONS. NEVER heard from Lucy or anyone else after this encounter. I wish she would had been honest and said that I needed to contact my doctor and work something out. She lied to me. She made me believe that she would handle the case, she didn't do anything, I waited, my condition worsen, and I am very disappointed with ONS."

"I came into the practice complaining of weakness in certain axis of motion in my wrist. This was about a month after my Injury. Prior to seeing Theodore Wolfson, MD I was mountain biking and motorcycling daily.My wrist feels remarkably worse after seeing Theodore Wolfson. In the future I would suggest Theodore refrain from putting excessive pressure on the location of a suspected fracture, especially when he hasn't seen any xrays. Before seeing Theodore I was mountain biking , now I have difficulty opening a door knob. The swelling in my wrist increased along with pain, akin to a few days after initial injury.In the past I have used this practice with success. I remember the doctor of a few years ago made a point NOT to manipulate my wrist until he saw xrays. It is possible these fresh doctors coming out of medical school are trained differently, and more likely to further an Injury."

"Started out great was able to complete my wellness appointment.I also made a few other wise decisions did blood work up and made appointment to establish a primary care doctor.I would say my 2 hours I was there was totally filled without a wait to see someone.It was the best day I had there sofar."

"My wife gave birth to our wonderful little girl here and the staff were phenomenal from start to finish. The nurse Loubelle and the midwife Jenna were incredible. They had all the right knowledge and advice for a smooth process from inducement to the birth of our daughter. The rooms for birth and recovery were clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The staff in the recovery area were excellent too, answering all our questions and showing us best practices for swaddling, breast feeding, etc. They even provided a professional photo op so we got some wonderful pictures of the first few days. My wife and I cannot recommend Lake Forest Hospital enough. Thank you for making our first few days as parents as easy as possible!"
