"My visit to Dr. Park's office at 73 years old was a sheer delight. The staff was welcoming and very, very professional. All of the modern and newest technology to fit me with a new retainer, was amazing. No more muddy goo in the mouth. The office itself is almost as delightful as going to an amusement park. So colorful and modern. I wished that I had been a kid again! I did sit in the Children's Library room and began to read a Newbery award book that I had not read before. What a wonderful and relaxing way to wait for the doctor! I would think that the patients who have several return visits look forward to their visits. Dr. Parks gallery of satisfied patients with beautiful happy smiles is a great testimony of successful orthodontics."

"The words to describe this office are despicable and money hungry. NEVER go to Ava dental.I have been their parents. For just over a year and this office has done nothing but ruined my teeth.Besides my teeth hurting like crazy after every procedure for months and months.I had a root canal done on my upper right tooth with the manager rosy.She told me she sent pre authorization to my insurance to cover the porcelain tooth. A month passes and I keep calling her every week to see if it’s been approved. She tells me not yet. Next week I call and she’s gone! She just up and quit and my paper work got lost in the bunch. I told Erica to send my pre authorization. She says she has. A month passed and it still wasn’t approved!!! I called insurance myself and finally they tell me THEY NEVER EVEN KNEW ABOJT THE TOOTH!!!! I called Erica very angry and she was kind enough to be more thorough. It wasn’t her fault she was new understandable. She is great. But my insurance expired and a few months later my tooth breaks ! I come in and I’m sitting here, no insurance, paid 19$ and this new young Hispanic doctor named dr Wade tells me he wants me to pay 1200$ for a new back to the tooth, tries scaring me into buying it. Or he can fill it . I said I can’t afford the procedure right now so just fill it. He then just shuts me out completely and says he won’t fill my tooth anymore. I asked why and he said he doesn’t feel comfortable. I wait an hour and he wanted to go to lunch so he said to wait. So in total for this specific tooth. This office is despicable, money hungry. I went to an office just up the street called Lake View dental and they extracted a tooth for free.Overall I am so disappointed that out of every dentistry I came here. Please save yourself the money.Joana the employee was extremely rude and irritated with me for being irritated with the office. And insisted I was lying even though I’ve been coming here longer than she’s been working here. Longer than the new owner. I was here with Jackie. With rosy. This office and staff aren’t consistent. They are always changing management, always changing staff. So your records get lost here. Trust a stranger save your money.I will never be one to exaggerate circumstances or speak bad about a business but this was such a bad experience for me."

"My daughter is a couple of months into her invisalign journey with Westrock. They were able to show us a progression video of how her teeth will move with each tray so we know exactly what to expect. The office on Central has nice staff and is always very clean."

"They never answer the phone I just keep being asked to hold for almost two hours now on hold. This has got to be the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. My dad had surgery a month ago. They never have him discharge papers. They only took three teeth out of nine said he was bleeding. He has had severe pain in his mouth since his surgery if something happens to my dad I’m going to sue this place for everything they have. How can you treat your patients with little to no regard. Let alone sleep at night not knowing what king of medical conditions people with. Got a call back from the reading location two weeks ago stating he has to go to the hospital for the rest of his surgery but how with no referral paper or anyone to answer the phone"
