"This eye company is covered by my insurance but not every location is. My daughter scheduled an appointment with them. She’s been scheduling her own appointments for a few years now but is young enough not to know to look out for places like this. Instead of telling her they were out of network she got charged almost $350 for a lot of services that could have been covered elsewhere. Then she got a bill in the mail because they didn’t even charge the deductible correctly. It listed $1 instead of $40. I called them myself and handled it. She then tells me she’s getting calls saying she still owes the bill. Sure enough, I check my bank and no charge posted. I call today to make a payment and use a card that notifies me. The kid tries to tell me he’s having trouble with the machine. Nope. My card just notified me that it went through…My daughter will definitely not be back."

"First time, my prescription was wrong. They were way too strong. They had to redo it. Then the lenses were chipping on the top. They had them redone. Now they have chipped on the bottom. I paid for the best lenses and they were very expensive. I will never go back there."

"From the reviews this looked a like a good choice and they offer a lifetime guarantee on the procedure. I thought that this would be a good choice to fix my mild nearsightedness (about 20/40 one eye and 20/60 in the other).What they do leave out is they only offer the lifetime warranty if you go every year to their optometrist (which insurance may not cover) and they have to recommend you get it done again. If you don't, or skip one year they will no longer honor the lifetime warranty.When I had it done (Oct-2017) the procedure went well and I was very strict to follow their healing instructions. My vision was 20/20 for about 8 months, and then reverted back to the way it was before the surgery. I saw their optometrist, whom said yes the surgery did not work and that I can have it done again, but I should wait a year to let my eyes heal rather than back to back surgeries.I waited a year and saw the optometrist again, his response the second time was that I had age related nearsightedness that is not covered on their lifetime warranty. It was a bit disappointing to spend such a substantial amount of money, but end up with the same vision as I had from the before the surgery.I never felt like writing a review, but yesterday I spent the afternoon shopping for new glasses and felt the need to write one since I spent a lot of money and risk to my eyes but resulted in no improvement."

"Words can not express how much I loved the experience here. I visited somewhere else who said my 2 yr old would need glasses the rest of their life. But, we wanted a second opinion, and we found Serverna Park Eye Care. They broke down everything in layman's terms so that I could feel at ease about everything. The other place just said she needs glasses and sent us on our way. It felt rushed and impersonal. I just didn't feel right but Severna Park Eye Care, was a great experience from start to finish. We are looking forward to work with them through our little ones journey in wearing their first pair of glasses."

"They have an updated opto-mapper(? that scans the inside of your eye for any issues. $40 extra but I think it's worth it to find anything early."
