"This eye company is covered by my insurance but not every location is. My daughter scheduled an appointment with them. She’s been scheduling her own appointments for a few years now but is young enough not to know to look out for places like this. Instead of telling her they were out of network she got charged almost $350 for a lot of services that could have been covered elsewhere. Then she got a bill in the mail because they didn’t even charge the deductible correctly. It listed $1 instead of $40. I called them myself and handled it. She then tells me she’s getting calls saying she still owes the bill. Sure enough, I check my bank and no charge posted. I call today to make a payment and use a card that notifies me. The kid tries to tell me he’s having trouble with the machine. Nope. My card just notified me that it went through…My daughter will definitely not be back."

"I got the Thai tea with boba. The boba was fresh and it was different from other boba that I've had. Very soft and chewy. The tea itself was great, very fresh, earthy and aromatic. You could tell this was actual tea, and not the standard water/powder mixture found in most other boba shops. On top of that, the customer service was great, especially considering since there are over 400 drinks on the menu (see their Instagram page @eyefinitea). The manager helped us all pick the drinks that we were in the mood for and all of us enjoyed our drinks."

"Words can not express how much I loved the experience here. I visited somewhere else who said my 2 yr old would need glasses the rest of their life. But, we wanted a second opinion, and we found Serverna Park Eye Care. They broke down everything in layman's terms so that I could feel at ease about everything. The other place just said she needs glasses and sent us on our way. It felt rushed and impersonal. I just didn't feel right but Severna Park Eye Care, was a great experience from start to finish. We are looking forward to work with them through our little ones journey in wearing their first pair of glasses."

"The only reason why it is 2 stars and not 1 is because of the dark haired older lady. She was nice to my nephew who has autism. He tried to decide what he wanted, and she let him try first. He enjoyed his birthday cake points and I can never thank her enough. If she is not there, I will NOT return because of an incident with an older heavy woman with short white/grey hair. She was MEAN! I tried to show her the email for the free birthday ice cream and she told me I had to print a form, so I went to a store where my friends worked and used a computer to print the email. There was no form in the email, but at least the expression showed evidence, right? Wrong! She told me rudely that she wouldn't honor it and said she needed the form for inventory purposes. At this point I was like WTF! Inventory? Are you serious? Count the little points....I mean, WIE? I called companies and they didn't do anything except to tell them. Well, this CRAZY OLD B.... H came to the store where my friends worked and YELLED at all 3 of us in front of our customers! Yes, very professional old lady. You have to retire. Oh and another note, I think business does not matter that it is on their phone and rude to any customer who goes on and disturbs their phone calls. Dippin Dots, you lost a lot of time. I run a summer/ferior camp and take the children on field trips. Your place will not be one of our stops. You have to close the garbage of a mall where you are. It is insecure and an oasis for trashy people."

"This place is a joke!!!When I initially called to set up my appointment I clearly asked if they took my Insurance, I was told yes. They’ve been calling me to confirm my appointment two or three times which I’ve confirmed. I get here for the appointment and when I come to the front desk to checkin I ask again, If there was anything they needed from me in regards to Insurance. They lady said no and said everything is fine. I’m waiting 10-15 minutes.. Then I’m told they don’t take my Insurance.How unprofessional and Unreliable can they be! I don’t understand. No answers as to how this could have been missed. The lady at the front desk doesn’t know anything."
