"My group of 5 had only one evening in Calgary on our way to Yellowknife, and we were glad we chose Klein and Harris for dinner. They were very gracious and accommodating when one of our group was late due to flight delays. Everyone enjoyed...their meals, I had the spicy beef stir fry and a Tiki 99 cocktail. The slightly spicy finish on the cocktail was great."

"While the bakery has many of the usual baked goods there are some great options you won’t find at many other places. The Venezuelan cachito is excellent, a homemade version of a Hot Pocket stuffed with ham and cream cheese (get it served warm! . They also make delicious alfejores, a Peruvian treat made with two light shortbread cookies filled with dulce de leche (caramel sauce and rolled in coconut. Oh, and their coffee and espresso drinks are outstanding!"

"Theresa and the team at Klein Creek helped us host an exceptional memorial dinner following my mom's funeral in their Pier 19 restaurant. With very little lead time, their team helped us select a menu, determine THE PERFECT space for our 40 guests, accommodate our flower delivery and set up our table settings and candles just as desired. The restaurant and clubhouse were recently renovated, which made the location even more appealing.What could have been a sad event was a wonderfully warm evening with wine flowing, laughter, terrific food and more importantly--outstanding service. Their banquet team was so attentive and friendly. The enclosed bar and fireplace made the venue such a terrific environment for gathering.I can't thank this team enough. Great communication, easy to work with and a truly special event. Top-notch, all the way around. THANK YOU!"

"Farmer's market Favorite. That's all. House is about 15 miles from West Lafayette, so it is difficult to visit as a university student with limited transportation options. Fortunately, they bring freshly baked treats to Lafayette Farmers Market three times a week in summer (on Cumberland Park on Weds, campus on Thurs and downtown Lafayette on Sat in 2012). I've never been disappointed with a purchase. I usually get her fruit or nut-filled pastries. The sweet-art apricot and lemon bars are my favorites; my colleagues like the pecan and peanut butter bars. Also worth trying: Brezel dough rolls and the delicious bread. The only thing that makes me sad is the lack of vegan options. Whenever I buy for the office, the poor vegan is left out. Oh, good. He brought it himself. (I have never seen Lard on the listed ingredients, so I think most foods are good for vegetarians)"
