"The pizza is good, but falcone is so bad running that we will never go back. not only are they very confused about who ordered what? but they do not meet any precautions to avoid Covid-19 problems. the people rush in the waiting area to get their commands far too close to each other. the same guy who cut the pizzas, collects money and also makes change. they never wash hands between contact with money, people and eat."

"We had the food for my son's graduation made by Belleria in Poland and everyone loved it. They kept asking where the food was from because it was delicious especially the meatballs. Great people, very friendly staff. If I had to find a negative, it would be the non-cash adjustment they add to your bill for not using cash but def not a deal breaker by any means."

"I would give this place 0 stars if it was an option. I was hung up on and verbally assaulted by the owner--when my order was prepared incorrectly at fault of the staff. I understand people make mistakes, I was not mad about that. I did not want to have to wait for them to reprepare the order correctly for me and have to go out to pick it up. I'm trying to limit my covid exposure at this time and I should not be inconvenienced due to fault that was not mine. I was given two options wait for the item to be prepared, and drive to the restaurant to return the incorrect order or I could get 10% off my next order. When I expressed to the owner those two offers did not seem fair to me because I was not at fault in this he yelled at me and told me YOU WANT FREE FOOD.. And then he hung up on me. I would have preferred to reorder the item at a later date but 10% off my future order would not have even monetarily equaled the item I originally ordered. To get one thing straight--I would have thrown away the order I received that was incorrect, as no one in my family eats that. In the end I returned the item that was prepared incorrectly and got my money back per my request. The first thing that was said to me when I walked in the door was WHAT YOU WANT. When I attempted to explain why I wanted what I wanted I was cut off and yelled over top. The owner continued to make condescending remarks, insulting my integrity behind the plexiglas and when I would try to explain my side as the customer he did not want to hear it and threatened to call the cops and kick me out. I will never be back and I will encourage other patrons to give their business to other small businesses in the area every chance I get."
