"First of all…you have to crack a code to even get into the escape room!!! Very cool touch! My daughter and I had the best time! I have done an escape room at two other places and this one is my favorite so far! We did The Speakeasy room. I especially liked it because it was multiple rooms.The hosts can help you as little or as much as you like. Emily was a great host. I highly recommend this place. We had a blast!"

"I am very angry and upset. I feel like I just wasted money. The design of the room was cool, but we did not get to enjoy the experience at all because our gamemasters were horrible. A party of obnoxious children that were in there right before my party literally broke pieces of our room, and we entered to shards of plastic everywhere. We had to ask multiple times for hints that all came with no response. We were very close to beating the room, but we ran out of time waiting on hints from our unresponsive gamemasters. When they came to let us out, they blamed their unresponsiveness on the party of children that were still outside in the hallway screaming . Both gamemasters were unenthusiastic and low-energy from the start. I would really like to speak to the manager and get a refund. I have previously been to several rooms at this location, but never have I had an escape experience this bad, and I will not be coming back."

"Recently visited this place and had a great time doing the cabin escape room. Alexis was very helpful and made the experience wonderful! As someone who has gone to multiple escape rooms, this was definitely one of the best! The puzzles were challenging but very fun to work through, even in just a group of two people."

"We debated visiting as we assumed the room would be naughty for shock value but not a great escape room experience. Luckily I did some research and saw some reviews that convinced me to do it.We really enjoyed our experience! As escape room enthusiasts (probably over 200 rooms at this point) we have high standards and Mr. Grey’s Red Room exceeded our expectations.Kristin, our game mistress, was perfect!Fun puzzles, challenging, and creative theme.We also enjoyed taking advantage of the store discount for playing."

"We booked for just the 2 of us but were put with a group of 10 others. Too many people in one room made it extremely hard to solve anything! The people were friendly but we were cramped in tight and it was not fun at all! Having 5 maybe 6 people should be maximum, especially for the price we paid!"

"Right off the bat as we enter the building was greeted by the best employees! Everyone was very helpful with hints as well. My partner and I had never been to an escape room before so this was our first time and let me tell you it will not be our last! Also wanted to give a shout out to Damien was so helpful and made us feel so welcome, even offered to take pictures. Was one of our top date experiences!"

"My girlfriend bought this experience for my birthday she and I did the creepy Doll House murder room. It was actually pretty creepy, the puzzles were challenging without being too hard (we did have to get clues a couple times to help us along). Great fun, and the owner is a really cool guy who walks you through the process thoroughly beforehand. We definitely plan to go back to try some of the other escape rooms!!"
