"Five stars through and through we had the most incredible stay at El Encanto. The service and all the little details and thoughtful gestures were top notch. The property is gorgeous, lush, with beautiful views. We had great lunch at the pool and breakfast and dinner at the main dining room and both were awesome. I can’t wait to visit again!!!"

"I got married at the event center and I can’t say enough how perfect my wedding was! Thanks to Heidi and the crew the meal was delicious, Heidi let us know what to do next and got everyone in their places. The bar tender was great as well. Top notch service!"

"We toured through the biltmore and we wanted the whole experience and we decided to eat there. it was very costly, I ordered the hunch and my friend healed and we shared a dessert. that was just okay. my friend said the halibut was delicious over the head. the desert was small, but good. the service was excellent. I think if you eat there and know. the cost for our 2 dinners and we share 1 dessert and both had free water with top $155 that I think is quite expensive"
