"On 1/20/23 I went to the MAC Cosmetics store in Fashion Valley Mall, where I witnessed an employee by the name of Ryan not providing the best customer service to another customer in the store who had a lot of empty container items that wanted to participate in the BACK 2 M.A.C take back program. The things that this employee was saying to this lady was very rude and unprofessional, he embarrassed the lady, and also called her ugly and told her that he did not have time for this. Once he said that I turned and had to leave out the store because I was shocked that an employee would say something like this to a customer. I honestly wanted to return my items, because that wasn 't a way to treat a loyal customers. And if this is how an employee represents MAC then I don 't want to spend my money supporting this unprofessional behavior. I saw on Tik Tok that this was a trending topic and others were saying that this employee was rude and wrong for how he treated this customer and I agree. Hopefully after this review MAC will take further actions and do something about Ryan 's behavior or end up losing loyal customers! (I only gave this store 1 star because I couldn 't give 0 stars in order to post this review)"

"I had an amazing experience at this store a couple weeks back. I was looking to try a product and was concerned over the coverage. The young lady gave me a sample to take home and try which I was honestly shocked about. I didn't know they did that. They didn't have the shade of blush I wanted in this store so she called ahead to the Macy's in the mall and had them set it aside for me. Really great staff and wonderful experience."

"Decided to take a stroll for Pokémon Go Deino Community Day! We were here for Sidecar Doughnuts as well but needed to walk around. Beautiful little mall but not many shops. There are mainly home/furniture shops and that's about it. It's a nice mall to hang out and get away from the sun, especially since they have super comfy couches and chairs! You don't see those at most malls but it was definitely nice to just lounge around, drink some coffee, and chill. Might hang out here again for the next community day! IG: @ammysalamii"
